Accountability is integral to our partnerships.
NGOs report to us semi-annually, objectively assessing their performance against mutually agreed upon milestones. We don’t expect perfection, but we do expect NGOs to constantly improve.
Each NGO is asked to consider the milestones they expect to achieve during their funding cycle.
We also want to know how they will identify failure (or the tell-tale signs up impending failure), and what they will do about it. When we can, we help.
Early stage NGOs with high quality management.
NGOs that can scale-up, or become a model for others. We want them to outgrow us.
